I’m Having Problems Signing My Traffic Authorization Form? Follow
After you have placed your traffic purchase from your Easiest System Ever back office you will immediately see the Hellosign Traffic Authorization Form.
NOTE: If you did NOT see this form IMMEDIATELY contact our support team by simply using the “HELP” chat-box in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Or if you’re already in the chat-box, then simply click “Contact Us” to submit a support ticket.

We need your signature on the authorization form in order to send your traffic. Your order will be placed on hold until we obtain your signature.
Here is what the traffic authorization form looks like and the steps on how to sign it.
First click on the Get Started button in the upper right corner of the document.
Now click inside of the box labeled “Click to sign”
A new page will open where you can choose how you want to sign your document.
- Choose the 1st option to draw your signature in with your mouse or
- Choose the letters Aa to type your signature in
I chose the “Aa” button to type my signature in since my drawing skills are a bit “rough”.
After you have created your signature, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Insert” button.
After clicking “Insert” you will return to the document and your signature will be inserted in the signature field.
Click continue:
After clicking the “Continue” button you will go to your final step where you review your information and click on “I agree”.
Then you will go to a new page where you click “Close” and you will return to your Easiest System Ever member’s area.
Again, if you did NOT see the Hellosign Traffic Authorization form after your traffic purchase then please contact our support team IMMEDIATELY by simply using the “HELP” chat-box in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

When our staff receives your email that you did not see the Hellosign Traffic Authorization form we will send it to your email address. We will also email you to let you know to check for it.
The email will look similar to this with the subject line:
“ESE: Traffic Form - Signature requested by Easiest System Ever LLC”
NOTE: If you do not see it please check your spam folder and if using Gmail please check the Promotions tab.
Open the email and click on the blue button that says “REVIEW & SIGN”:
A new tab will open with the Traffic Authorization form.
If you are having trouble locating your Traffic Authorization form from HelloSign you can contact our support team:
1. Click on the “HELP” bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Type in the word "Contact", then hit Enter.
3. Click on the blue button in the lower right hand corner that says "Contact Us"
4. Enter your details and your question and click "Send"
