If you’re seeing a white screen or blank page after hitting selecting the “Add to Cart’ button as evidenced in the image below, this is most likely due to your browser “pop up” settings.
By default, Chrome will notify you when a pop-up is blocked and give you an option to see it.
Next click on “Always allow pop-ups….” then “Done”
Reload the page.
If for some reason you do not have the option to turn off pop-ups from your address bar, follow the instructions below.
Click the Customize and control Google Chrome menu (the three dots in the upper right corner)
Search for the word “pop.”
Click to open up Pop-ups and redirects
To disable the pop-up blocker uncheck the Blocked (recommended) box.
- Select the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner.
- Select Options.
In the search box type “pop.” To disable the pop-up blocker, uncheck the Block pop-up windows box below Permissions.
To allow specific pop-ups, click Exceptions and enter the URL(s).
Close the window.
If adjusting your pop-up settings doesn’t work, you may want to simply try clearing your cache/browsing history
If you are still having trouble:
1. Click on the “HELP” bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Type in the word "Contact", then hit Enter.
3. Click on the blue button in the lower right hand corner that says "Contact Us"
4. Enter your details and your question and click "Send"
