Your opt-in rate is the number of total subscribers that you received while your traffic was running (including anyone who unsubscribed), divided by the total number of clicks purchased. 

Example:

You purchase approximately 100 visitors to your opt-in page and receive 21 subscribers.  Your opt-in rate is 21 ÷ 100 = 21%

Or.

You purchase approximately 100 visitors to your opt-in page. You get 25 subscribers, but 5 decide to opt-out (unsubscribe). In this case, you still had a total of 25 subscribers.  Your opt-in rate is 25% ( 25 ÷ 100 = 25%).
