To know for sure if your traffic order is complete, you can reach out to our support team and have us look into the exact status of your traffic order.

However, here’s a shortcut to get a good idea as to whether or not your traffic order is complete.

As traffic is delivered to your opt-in page, a certain percentage of people will opt-in. 

We consider a reasonable opt-in rate anything above 15%. 

So, if you ordered 100 visitors, and it’s been at least 10 days since your order, and you notice that you have 24 new people on your list, then in all likelihood, your traffic order is complete, and you got a 24% opt-in rate (which is good).

1. Click on the “HELP” bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Type in the word "Contact", then hit Enter.
3. Click on the blue button in the lower right hand corner that says "Contact Us"
4. Enter your details and your question and click "Send"
