There are rare times when a vendor (product owner) takes a product off of the Clickbank platform so the product is no longer available to sell.
When a product has been taken off of Clickbank, when you click on your affiliate link you may see an error page, the links are not working, or the page is blank. If any errors occur then contact our support team immediately (Information is at the bottom of this article).
Our team will replace the product with a product that has a high conversion rating. Then we will let you know when the product has been replaced so you can retest your link and continue to promote the new product.
When you let our staff know there is a problem with a product please send us your optin or bridge page link for that product.

1. Click on the help bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Type in the word contact then hit enter.
3. Click on the blue button in the lower right hand corner that says Contact Us.
4. Enter your details and your question and click Send.
